For four days we curled up in hammocks on our porch and buried our noses in books, only occasionally glancing up to take in the beautiful view. We splurged on a $28 a night beach front bungalow, paying almost three times our normal budget and it was totally worth every penny. The only questions that needed answers were: Are you hungry? In which case we would walk the few feet to several beach stands. Or You want to go in the water?
Phu Quoc Island in Southern Vietnam is supposidly in line to become the new Phuket in Thailand, but it still has a ways to go.
